At Posh Design Outfit Sdn Bhd, we want you to shop with confidence. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Below is our simple cancellation process.
Customer Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
- Please contact us quickly by email or WhatsApp with your order details.
- If your order is already shipped, unfortunately cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still request a return or refund (see Refund & Returns Policy).
Our Right to Cancel
Sometimes we may need to cancel an order due to:
- The item being out of stock or discontinued
- Payment issues or suspected fraud
- Errors in product details or pricing
- Unexpected events that prevent us from delivering
If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately and arrange a full refund.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Once your cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
- Please note: any third-party transaction fees may be non-refundable.
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Clearance items, customised products, and certain promotional offers may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
